I liked the more realistic approach that they went for here as it felt like a change of pace from the majority of other RPG Maker games that are out there. The dialogue goes on for every too which can make it easy to lose interest. You need to build up your girlfriendsвЂ™ affection for you, but even when you do, she is kind of weird to you. It is not bad or anything like that, but I felt with a premise like this it could have offered more. The problem I had with the gameplay of My Girlfriend's Amnesia is that nothing is very exciting.

There is talk that it was not an accident, a dude assaulted her and there are plenty of hooks to work with here. You need to talk to people, find clues and try to prove what really happened to your girlfriend. You move your character around in a top-down view, similar to pretty much every other RPG Maker game. It does not quite work that way, but I still had some fun here. I was so excited to play this because I thought I was going to be getting laid and trying to solve a case. What drew me to the story was how it implies that there was foul play in her accident, but this never gets fully developed which I thought was disappointing. Or, you can be a jerk and take advantage of her.
